WHY BEYERDYNAMIC EARBUDS ARE NOT CONNECTING SEPERATELY?

If you recently purchased a pair of beyerdynamic earbuds, you may have noticed that they don’t seem to connect separately. This can be frustrating, especially if you’re expecting to use each earbud individually. Fortunately, there are a few steps you can take to try and get them working properly again. Let’s take a look at what might be causing the issue and how to fix it.

Why Aren’t My Earbuds Connecting Separately?

The most common cause of this issue is due to your device settings. Many devices come with a “Dual Audio” feature enabled by default. This feature allows two Bluetooth audio devices to connect simultaneously, which can cause interference with your earbuds’ connection.

To disable Dual Audio on an iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app and tap “Bluetooth”. Here, toggle off the “Dual Audio” switch. On Android devices, open the Settings app and tap “Connected devices” > “Bluetooth & other devices” > “Advanced Bluetooth settings” > “Dual Audio” > toggle off the switch next to it.

On Windows 10 PCs, open the Settings app and select “Devices” > “Bluetooth & other devices” > click on the gear icon next to your headphones in the list of paired devices > select “Enable dual audio” > toggle off the switch next to it.

If disabling Dual Audio doesn’t work, then check if your device is connected to another Bluetooth device (e.g., a speaker). If it is, try disconnecting that device first before attempting to connect your earbuds again. You should also make sure that you’re connecting your earbuds correctly – turn them both on and press their respective buttons for 3 seconds until they begin flashing blue simultaneously. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for available Bluetooth connections – you should see both of your earbuds appear in the list as separate connections (as long as you’ve turned off Dual Audio). Select both of them one after another and wait for them to connect successfully – once they’re connected, they should stay connected even when you move away from your device (i.e., out of range).

Conclusion:

If your beyerdynamic earbuds are not connecting separately it could be due to a number of factors including Dual Audio being enabled on your device or another Bluetooth connection interfering with yours. Thankfully though there are steps that you can take in order to troubleshoot this issue such as disabling Dual Audio or disconnecting any other Bluetooth connections before trying again. Hopefully these tips will help get your earbuds working properly again so that you can enjoy listening wirelessly!
